Each month on Rent Day — the first of every month — Bilt delivers a new set of bonus opportunities for cardholders and members. Offers range from earning bonus points to exclusive experiences just for members.

In celebration of February Rent Day, Bilt Rewards members can enjoy an all-new transfer bonus with Accor Live Limitless (ALL), an expansive travel rewards program, on February 1. The base transfer ratio starts at 3:2 Bilt Points to Accor Points, but members have the opportunity to earn a transfer bonus based on their elite status. For those looking to boost their elite status to earn a better transfer ratio, members can now use $75 in Bilt Cash to unlock the next status tier. 

As usual, Bilt members can also play the Rent Free game show, but this month offers a rare prize. Bilt has partnered with YouTube star, MrBeast, to offer members a chance to win free rent for an entire year.

February Rent Day benefits include:

Accor Live Limitless transfer bonus

This month, Bilt is offering a bonus of up to 125% when you transfer your Bilt Rewards points to Accor Live Limitless (ALL). You can then link your account to ALL to use those points for hotel bookings, on-site experiences and more.

The amount of bonus points you can receive is based on your Bilt status. Here’s how the transfer bonus breaks down by membership level:

• Standard: 0% bonus (3:2)
• Blue: 25% bonus (6:5)
• Silver: 50% bonus (1:1)
• Gold: 75% bonus (6:7)
• Platinum: 100% bonus (3:4)

However, members can use Bilt’s newest currency — Bilt Cash — to increase their transfer potential even further. Members can spend $75 in Bilt Cash to unlock the next status tier, and Platinum members will earn a 125% bonus on transfers to ALL, equalling a 2:3 transfer ratio. 

The transfer bonus window runs from February 1, 2026, at midnight ET through 11:59 p.m. PT the same day.

  Every month, Bilt members get the opportunity to play Bilt’s Rent Free game show within the Bilt app for a chance to win free rent. This month offers higher rewards than ever, thanks to MrBeast partnering with Bilt. To enter the drawing, participants must correctly guess three of the most common responses to the game’s questions. Here’s what you can win:

  • Top 1: Free rent for a year (up to $30,000)
  • Next 50: Month of free rent (up to $2,500)

  Bilt Members can book complimentary fitness classes at participating SoulCycle and Barry’s locations. These seats are first-come, first-served, and bookings open by status level beginning Wednesday, January 28 at 11:50 AM ET.

  Note that reservations for SoulCycle Rent Day Rides and Barry’s Rent Day Classes are final, and you will be charged a $30 fee if you fail to attend. You will also be prohibited from booking future SoulCycle or Barry’s classes on Rent Day.

  Reservations open Wednesday, January 28 at 11:50 AM ET (Platinum/Gold) and 12:00 PM ET (general) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis using Bilt points or an eligible card linked to the member’s Bilt account. These reservations tend to book quickly, so act fast if you’re interested.

  Renters can earn more rewards with one of Bilt’s rewards credit cards on the first of the month. Bilt cardholders can earn double the points on non-rent purchases made with the card for up to 1,000 bonus points, including:

  • 6X points on dining (normally 3X points)
  • 4X points on travel (normally 2X points)
  • 2X points on other purchases, excluding rent (normally 1X points)

  This offer starts at midnight ET on the 1st and runs through 11:59 p.m. PT. As a reminder, to earn points you need to have used your Bilt credit card at least five times this month.

  Remember, though, Bilt points are only worth about 0.55 cents each when redeemed for rent. Therefore, 1,000 points equals $5.50 toward rent. Other Bilt redemption options, in particular using Bilt’s transfer partners, will provide better value. According to Bankrate’s valuations, Bilt points are worth about 2.1 cents each when transferred to a high-value travel partner.
